get a lawyer and go from there

ok first of all research the company online. there are websites for reporting scams and you should be able to find cases were others have been scammed as well.
Print off these reports and take them with you to see a lawyer. A lawyer is much more likely to take the case if he has documentation that its happened to more ppl than just you.

a Similar thing Has Just Happened to Me (a website Claiming this Tea will Help Me lose Weight Fast!)
They Tried taking £160 Out of My Bank account!!
BUT I informed my Bank quick so I got the Money Back!! Do the same ASAP!!
Or if you have a credit Card Even Better!! You will get your Money back Without Questions asked!!

Cancell Your Card,,Fill a few Forms out and it Should Be refunded??

Good Luck xx

The way you wrote, who ever scammed you found an easy target.

With $315 you learned a lesson.

That SUCKS!

My husband was scammed when we were trying to sell a car on Craigslist, someone called him and said they would post it on their website for a fee that would be reimbursable if we didn’t sell the car in a month. Never heard from them again and when we called the company, no one would answer the phone.

Did you use your credit card to make a payment of some sort for this 315$? My husband did, so he called his credit card company and claimed it as fraud.

The next thing we did was alert media, and a news story ran (we live in Canada so it was on CTV) about the website, warning viewers about it.

I’m sure you’ve learned your lesson and that next time you will be more vigilant and to look into things before you trust someone over the net or phone. We learned the hard way too!

Good luck!

If you paid by credit or debit card have your bank go after them. I did the same but it
was the Video Professor. I went through all the hoop they wanted but they kept stalling. Keep good records on phone calls. Keep on their ass, hound them. make sure you write down what they say. When they change their mind, go to your bank and have them go after them and they should be able to put the money back in to your account.

Oh oh. If they have your credit card information, call that company and tell them what happened, ask what you need to go to cancel the card, that payment or what steps you need to take to get your money back. I am not certain there is a chance of it.
