Do you think this website is a scam?

I looked and thought, here is the sight internet-guru-leader.co.uk
Do you think its a scam or legit.
Thanks for answering.
I just wanted to know because I may order something because its cheap, but I dont want to pay for something rubbish.
Well I will buy and see what happens, so here goes.
Done through paypal bout an hour ago. They say that they will be finished the design in under two hours. I payed 13.95 (GBP) for it. Lets wait and see.

Like the old saying goes, if it seems too good to be true it probably is. If the prices seem way low, it is a scam.

Rules of Online Buying. If you have a doubt about it being legit, it probably isnt. Trust your gut.
