windows guru is it true or what?

i was reading on computerworld.com about microsoft is paying 20/hr to walk around best buy or circuity city to defend vista skeptics, is this really true or a scam sound good they had a site if interested to apply there – do u believe this?

I don’t know if it’s true or not. But if it is, then Microsoft must be losing ground really fast because of Linux and Apple’s OS X sales are eating away at their sales. I’m sure Vista didn’t help Microsoft much, especially when many business refuse to upgrade from XP to Vista machines. That really has to hurt.

I wouldn’t have believed it until I looked at the site she posted. Well, they hired Jerry Seinfeld to do some Vista ads recently, so it’s probably part of the marketing push.

They can’t just keep taking those shots from Apple (the ads) and not responding. I don’t blame them.
